Golding Diversity Training was established in 2007 after recognising that organisations often did not have the internal capacity or resources to develop their workforce in equality and diversity but saw the necessity and value in doing so to improve the way they operated.
Virginia Golding is a specialist Equality and Diversity Training Consultant who has studied and worked in the field for over 10 years. She is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and an Associate member of the Institute for Learning (IfL). She has worked with organisations across multiple sectors and has vital NHS experience as a Diversity and Equality Training Manager.
Virginia has studied a wide variety of aspects of equality and diversity and has a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management a Postgraduate Certificate in Diversity Management (Diversity in Service Delivery) and has extensive experience in training and holds training, assessing and verification qualifications.
Virginia has sat on a European Gold Standard Board contributing to the development of a Postgraduate Certificate in European Diversity on behalf of an NHS Trust and Sheffield Hallam University.
Golding Diversity Training is a member of the Sheffield Chamber of Commerce and Industry Black and Minority Ethnic Business Forum and is on the Board representing Sheffield businesses.
