Bespoke Training
Through a consultation training will be designed to meet your exact requirements and will include references to your organisational policies and procedures and will include information and case studies that are relevant to the nature of your business.
Training can be delivered in-house where facilities exist or organised off site at a suitable location.
Style of Training
A stimulating learning environment is imperative so as to capture and engage participants in the learning process. A variety of teaching methods are used to take into account different learning styles, inform, challenge, generate debate and problem solve.
Coaching
Working with individuals to enable them to increase their skills and knowledge to improve job performance and achieve organisational equality and diversity objectives.
Mediation
For those times when an impartial, external third party is required to informally deal with conflict at work! The mediator will actively listen, ask questions to identify the issues and help all parties identify solutions. The mediator will facilitate the process so those involved can aim to resolve their own problems.
